The Instrument Panel Grommet with Top is installed on E-Z-GO Gas & Electric RXV Vehicles with a sun top to provide a finished and aesthetically attractive appearance for the vehicle's instrument panel trim. The front strut of the sun top is inserted into this grommet on the Passenger's side of the vehicle.
