The Contact Board Assembly is critical to the acceleration of the vehicle. Each contact represents more speed, the first being neutral and the last being full throttle. As the accelerator pedal is depressed, the assembly makes contact with different copper contacts associated with resistor coils. This allows displacements of more energy, creating more speed. This is a factory replacement part.
